TrainSense Privacy Policy

Overview

TrainSense is a fitness app that helps you plan and track workouts. This policy explains what information is processed, why it is processed, and your choices.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the app, TrainSense may process information you choose to enter, such as:

• Fitness goals, preferences, and training schedule
• Workout history and feedback (e.g., sets/reps, difficulty)
• Equipment availability and exercise selections

Information collected automatically

TrainSense is designed to minimize collection. If you enable optional services (for example analytics), limited technical information may be processed such as device type, app version, and basic usage events.

Subscriptions

TrainSense may offer subscriptions. Subscription management is handled by Apple and may be supported by a third-party subscription service provider (for example, RevenueCat) to validate entitlement status. We do not receive your full payment details (Apple processes payments).

How your information is used

TrainSense uses information to:

• Create and adapt workout plans based on your inputs and feedback
• Provide core app functionality (e.g., saving and displaying your workouts)
• Maintain app reliability and improve features (if optional diagnostics/analytics are enabled)
• Validate premium access (subscriptions) if you purchase a subscription

Data storage

By default, workout and preference data is stored locally on your device. If you enable any cloud sync or account features in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect what is stored remotely and how it is protected.

AI features

If TrainSense includes AI-assisted features (e.g., plan generation), the app may send the minimum required information to an AI service provider to generate responses. TrainSense aims to avoid sending sensitive personal information unless necessary for the feature. Do not include sensitive personal data in free-text fields.

Sharing of information

TrainSense does not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only:

• With service providers used to operate the app (e.g., subscription validation), solely to deliver the service
• If required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

Tracking

TrainSense does not use data for cross-app tracking for advertising purposes. If this changes, you will be prompted and this policy will be updated.

Your choices

• You can delete app data by removing the app from your device (this deletes locally stored data).
• If optional analytics are implemented, you can disable them in the app settings (when available).
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Children

TrainSense is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will revise the effective date above when changes are made.
